Phil Hightower didn't have to live in Virginia. He chose Virginia.
Fates guided him to the homeland where his own ancestors had lived in 1653.
Phil was busily working in a business partnership
with his brother, and he'd been looking for
an ideal location for his home base while he traveled the Eastern
seaboard with his sales position. One day his brother called with
an insistent message: check out Charlottesville, Virginia.
All it took was one visit. The overwhelming beauty of the
landscapes, the active lifestyle of the area, the intellectual
vitality of a diverse university town, the proximity of the cities
and the flavor of the genteel countryside....he knew he had found his home.
Several decades later, Phil's still convinced. He's been an active
part of the community during all those years, founding and running
several small businesses in the area along with his real estate career. He's earned a fine reputation as someone who will always
go the extra mile to help his family, neighbors, friends, and you....with a
twinkling sense of self-deprecating humor and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
